Mrs Moody emotionless world

sometimes i do thing myslef as a very emotional and rude person...
sigh..
why?
cos i throw tantrum easily
cos i will tell the person off just like that if i am in a bad mood..
it is very gal things?
or i become more and more inpatience due to working too long in retail
all the customer are a bit non sense
i guess i am that sort of customer too..
